How to Recycle Your Newspaper

In producing The Washington Post, we are committed to using as much recycled newsprint and other recycled materials as we can. And, for years, we have recycled our waste newsprint, our used ink, printing plates and other production materials.

We encourage everyone to recycle the newspaper. Please call your county or city recycling office for up-to-date information on your local program.

We also encourage you to take your clean and dry plastic newspaper delivery bags and your Sunday insert wrappers to the recycling bins at nearby Giant, Safeway, and Shoppers Food Warehouse stores.

Recycling
Post recycling boxes are located in all Metro and Virginia railway stations.
