Free Guided Group Tours

Are you interested in visiting The Washington Post printing plants in College Park, Md., or Springfield, Va.?

1. Guided group tours of The Washington Post printing facilities are by reservation only. Reservations can be made up to four weeks in advance. Tours of our printing facilities are administered weekly — College Park onTuesdays and Springfield on Thursdays.

2. Requests for tours must be in writing and must be booked through the Public Relations department. Requests can be faxed to (202) 334-4963 or mailed to: The Washington Post, Tours, 1150 15th St. NW, Washington, D.C. 20071. For more information, call the Public Relations Department at (202) 334-7969.

3. Written requests must include:

  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Preferred tour location, date and time
  • Group Name (e.g. school, professional association, senior group, etc.)
  • Names of all tour participants
  • Special needs (e.g. handicapped, hearing-impaired, etc.)

4. Tour Overview

Guided group tours of The Washington Post are given by reservation only for groups of 10-25 persons. Tour reservations can be made for:

  • The College Park printing plant, Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
  • The Springfield printing plant, Thursdays at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
