Mary D.P. Wagner
Montgomery County Public Schools

Ms. Wagner is a U.S. government and comparative religion teacher at James Hubert Blake High School and has spent her entire career in the Montgomery County Public School system. In 1992, she began her career at Damascus High School as a U.S. history and national state and local government teacher instructing on all levels from basic skills to honors. Ms. Wagner then transferred to Blake in 1998, also teaching U.S. history and national state and local government. In 2003, she achieved national certification from the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. Ms. Wagner received her bachelor of arts degree in Jewish studies from Tufts University in Boston, Mass., a master of arts in U.S. history and a master of education in secondary social studies from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md.
