Laura B. Partridge
Arlington County Public Schools

Ms. Partridge is a mathematics teacher at Swanson Middle School. She began teaching in the Arlington County Public School system, at Swanson, where she has worked since 1999. Ms. Partridge is a mentor in Arlington’s school-based mentor program and is a member of the coach’s committee for Kids Enjoy Exercise Now, a program that works with children with moderate to sever disabilities through one-on-one athletic activities. She received her bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., a master in science degree in accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass., and a master of education in secondary mathematics from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md.
