E. Gerald Brown
Stafford County Public Schools

Mr. Brown is a sociology teacher at Stafford High School. His career as an educator has taken place in the Stafford County Public School system, at Stafford High School, where he has worked since 1969. During Mr. Brown’s 35-year tenure he has taught world geography, college preparatory history, standard history and government. In 1979, Mr. Brown was elected “Teacher of the Quarter” by the National Honor Society and in 2003 he was elected “Teacher of the Year” at Stafford High School. He received a bachelor of science in sociology and a M.Ed. in secondary administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.
