Susan C. Madden
Anne Arundel County Public Schools

Mrs. Madden is a fourth grade teacher at Davidsonville Elementary School. Her entire teaching career has taken place in the Anne Arundel County Public School system where she has taught language arts, math, science and social studies since 1988. In addition to teaching at Davidsonville since 1995, Mrs. Madden has taught at Georgetown East Elementary School in Annapolis, Md. In 2002, she was selected to complete the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification Program by the Anne Arundel County Public School system. Mrs. Madden is also an active member on the Maryland Association of Science Teachers and the National Science Teachers Association. She received a B.S. degree in elementary education from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Nev.
