PostPoints
The Washington Post has launched a rewards program for Post subscribers and readers and simply put, readers can earn points by attending and volunteering at events hosted by non-profits and The Washington Post

PostPoints is a new loyalty program that The Washington Post launched in April 2007 for our readers, advertisers, and non-profit partners. The program will encourage newspaper subscribers and local readers of Washington Post content to interact with our advertisers and non-profit partners.

In exchange for being a Post Points Nonprofit Partner, The Post has built a website with the prime focus of driving traffic and volunteers to community based events in the Washington Region! In short, Post readers and subscribers will get points for attending, participating in, and also volunteering at your event.

To ensure that readers are constantly informed about the program's benefits, The Washington Post publishes a daily PostPoints column on page 5 of the Metro section of the newspaper. This column changes daily and highlights the latest ways PostPoints members can earn points such as: shopping at participating retailers, taking advantage of special merchant deals, and participating, attending or volunteering at your non-profit event!

In addition to the column, there is an online home base for PostPoints members at www.washingtonpost.com/postpoints. This vibrant website is a destination where PostPoints members can also go to check point opportunities and their point balances.

There is no cost to you for your participation in the PostPoints program and The Washington Post pays for all points given to consumers. We will make every effort to let our readers know about your events through the PostPoints website and through our daily PostPoints column on page five of the Metro section of the newspaper.
